The first step in ensuring timelines are met, is establishing clear deadline expectations between us, as well as clearly confirming when you will be providing us with your assets, info, and anything else we cover during our onboarding. Client participation is mandatory, because let’s face it, you know your business better than we do! We rely on your expertise and experience in your industry to ensure the best outcomes.

Once you are onboarded, a dedicated Client Success team member takes you through your answers to our form, the next steps, our approval steps, touchpoints and all other processes. Our Client Success Team works closely with you, as well as our Production Team throughout the project and keeps you informed, right up until you are fully satisfied with your product. (and after too!)

Well…that depends! All those terms are what we call KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). They are all important, but are they all important to you? (Spoiler: nope!) When you begin working with Reach eComm, we make sure that the project we are embarking on together has clearly established KPIs that we all understand. 

For example, if we are sending an email campaign for a product you are selling, the most important KPIs will be engagement (how many people opened the email, how many clicked on the product being advertised) and CTA Conversion (how many of those people actually answered the call to action and visited your website).

If your campaign is targeted at  social media awareness for an event, we would first decide upon the right platform (do we use Instagram or Facebook?). Using a firm understanding of the ever-changing landscape of how posts rank algorithmically, we generate the appropriate type and tone of content to extend your reach as far as possible. We deploy it in a way that resonates with your audience, then we measure the effectiveness of the campaign based on how many people saw the post, how many forwarded it to friends or shared it on their own pages, and how many people showed interest by liking the post.

The sales funnel has 5-7 steps or so, depending on your type of business. It is the lowest paid, highest performing member of business. The funnel is automated and meets your customer at ~11:30 pm when they are in bed, so when they actually have time to learn, and their busy day is done

To start, it’s important to know how websites work. Here is some basic information on what a website is: A website is simply a collection of web pages of codes – codes that describes the layout, format and content on a page. The web server is an internet-connected computer that receives the request for a web page sent by your browser. The browser connects your computer to the server through an IP address. The IP address is obtained by translating the domain name.

Here is where platforms come into play. A platform is an umbrella term for a website's infrastructure. A Web platform may refer to the server software, such as Microsoft's IIS or Apache, or to the website authoring software such as Dreamweaver or WordPress.

So, what's the difference between a website and a platform? Websites provide information that's convenient, but users aren't getting anything personal from the experience. A platform, by contrast, provides a highly personal connection between a business and its audience.

What's a conversion? I have a business that has a longer sales process than an online transaction, what is a "conversion" mean to me on my website?

Although people typically think of a conversion as a completed sales transaction, this is not necessarily always true. A conversion can be the beginning of your sales cycle!

Let’s say that you own a tree removal service. It would be quite difficult for your customer to purchase such a service in one click (want a tree down? - click here! buy now!). The process would most likely involve your customer contacting you and requesting a quote, you’d go out to the site to see the tree and determine the quote, and hope the client accepts the quote so the service can be provided and you can make some wood chip$.

So, where’s your first conversion? If your potential clients saw compelling content on your social media or via targeted SMS marketing campaigns and followed a call to action to your website - that’s a conversion!
It means that your marketing is working, reaching the right people, and generating traffic! 

If your potential clients filled out your quote request form on your website - that’s a conversion! It means your potential clients are aware of the value you can present to them and are interested in potentially working with you! You’re one step further down the funnel and closer to making the sale.

Get there, deliver your quote, and accept payment on the spot through your website. - that’s a conversion! You’ve made the sale, fire up your saws!

Success can be measured by a series of small wins; or conversions that are gates set up throughout your sales process, and each one is a victory and moves your client's journey forward toward the goal.
