PPC AD Hub ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Reach Ecomm Inc. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data when you use the PPC AD Hub application.

1. What Data We Collect

PPC AD Hub accesses the following data through the Meta (Facebook) Marketing API on behalf of authorized users:

• Ad account information (account ID, name, currency, timezone, status)
• Campaign, ad set, and ad data (names, settings, budgets, statuses)
• Performance metrics and insights (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions)
• Audience data (saved audiences, custom audiences, targeting specifications)
• Ad creative data (images, copy, URLs)
• Account activity and change history

We do not collect personal information from end users who see or interact with ads.

2. How We Use Data

We use the data accessed through the Meta Marketing API solely for the following purposes:

• Managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on behalf of authorized users
• Creating, editing, and monitoring ad campaigns, ad sets, and ads
• Generating performance reports and analytics
• Creating and managing audiences for ad targeting
• Providing campaign recommendations and optimization suggestions

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade any data obtained through the Meta Platform. Data is only shared with:

• The authorized user or business that granted access to the ad account
• Meta/Facebook as required to execute advertising operations through their API

We do not share data with any other third parties or service providers.

4. Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service. Specifically:

• API access tokens are stored only for the duration of the active session
• Audit logs of operations are retained for 90 days for accountability purposes
• No campaign or audience data is permanently stored outside of Meta's platform

5. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at garner@reachecomm.com. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will:

• Remove all stored access tokens and session data
• Delete any audit logs associated with your account
• Confirm deletion within 30 days

Data is also deleted when:

• A user revokes access to the application
• Meta requests deletion of data
• Required by applicable law

6. Data Security

We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect data, including:

• Encrypted storage of access tokens and credentials
• Access restricted to authorized personnel only
• Guardrail systems that prevent unauthorized or accidental destructive operations
• Audit logging of all write operations for accountability

In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and Meta promptly and begin remediation immediately.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke access to your Meta ad account at any time through your Facebook Business Settings

8. Children's Privacy

PPC AD Hub is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Data Deletion Instructions

PPC AD Hub — Reach Ecomm Inc.

PPC AD Hub accesses your Meta advertising data in real-time through the Meta Marketing API and does not permanently store your personal data on our servers.

Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of any data associated with your use of PPC AD Hub:

1. Email garner@reachecomm.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include your Meta Ad Account ID and the email associated with your account
3. We will confirm deletion within 30 days

Revoke Access

You can also revoke PPC AD Hub's access to your data at any time:

1. Go to your Meta Business Settings
2. Navigate to Business Settings > Integrations > Apps
3. Find "PPC AD Hub" and click Remove

Once access is revoked, PPC AD Hub can no longer access any of your advertising data.
